Our strategy of territorial development focuses on the design of Municipal Internationalization Plans containing all the keys for your institution to access to European funds.


Objetive: diagnose the European financing and cooperation possibilities of your institution both at a medium and long term, taking into account the new structural phase of the EU for the 2007 - 2013 period, as well as the investment opportunities set in motion by the European Investment Bank in key fields such as energy and environment.

Opportunity: importance of the territory in the EU policy + the incorporation of new territories to the management of the main objectives of the Lisbon and Goteborg Strategies.


Methodology: We have established a structured methodology in four stages.


Stages :

STAGE I: Territorial and economical Analysis.

Introductory analysis to frame the features and the problematic of your territory, your economical profile and your growth expectations, identifying the elements conditioning your environment.

STAGE II: Analysis-diagnosis of Internationalization supports.

• Previous institutional actions in the European frame
• Internationalization supports
  -Human resources
  -Infrastructures
• Diagnosys sinthesis

STAGE III: Analysis of territorial projects and your internationalization expectations.

The aim of this part of the Study is to analyze those projects defined by your territory, identifying specifically those which could benefit from European financing or the access to investment funds of the European Investment Bank.



STAGE IV :Design of an Internationalization Action Plan.

• Improvement of internationalization resources and supports
• Identification of the possibilities to cooperate with other organisms and institutions
• Identification of financing opportunities for specific projects
• International management and programming proposal.
